INDICATION
Defechol 300 is used in the treatment of hyperlipidaemia for types lla, llb , lll , IV, V, coordinate with diet.
DOSAGE
Adult : 300 mg/day ( take one 300 mg capsule with the main meal or take three 100 mg capsule with each meal
Initial dose : 200 mg/day, taken one time or divided into 2 times
If plasma cholestrol is still over 4g/l, the dose can be increase up to 300 mg/day. The initial dose should be maintained until the cholestrol levle returns to normal: and then the daily dose can be rreduced gradually.Check plasma cholestrol level every 3 months. If blood lipid parameters elevate, increase the dose to 300 mg/day.
